AWS Cloud Computing Tutor

• Facilitate remote AWS cloud computing training sessions every Saturday.
• Teach cloud computing fundamentals and AWS global infrastructure concepts.
• Introduce core AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Guide learners on cloud security best practices and identity and access management.
• Teach basic cloud networking, storage, and compute concepts.
• Demonstrate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud resources on AWS.
• Prepare lesson plans, labs, demos, and real-world cloud architecture scenarios.
• Support learners through hands-on practical exercises and assignments.
• Provide mentorship and feedback throughout the training period.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum content and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS architecture.
• Familiarity with security, networking, and monitoring in AWS environments.
• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or related) are an added advantage.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical cloud concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Availability to facilitate 6-hour Saturday sessions throughout the 8–10 week program.

Duration: 8–10 weeks (Saturdays only)

Working Hours: 6 hours per session (per facilitator)

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (data allowance inclusive)
