Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the anesthetics machine is functional, and to check the functionality of the suction machine, the Laryngoscope,
- To always ensure the availability of oxygen in the oxygen cylinder before a surgical procedure
- To support the surgical team and doctors in providing care to patients intraoperatively, preoperatively, and postoperatively.
- To support anesthetics during Intubation
- To monitor the patient during and after administration of an anesthetic
- To support in setting up equipment for the anesthesiologist and preparing medication for anesthesia
- To disinfect anesthesia equipment after use
- To prepare the theater and maintain anesthesia equipment, and ensure all equipment is available and functioning for anesthesia
Requirements:
- Degree as an Anesthetic Technician
- Minimum 1 year of experience
