Job summary
To assist Pharmacist in sales of over the counter and prescription drugs. Attending to customer enquiries and complaints. To ensure delivery of all pharmacy operational/housekeeping roles as outlined in the standard operating procedure manual, under the direction and supervision of pharmacists

Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy-Customer Service
- Clean, tidy, and well-arranged dispensary, shelves, and store
- Clean and tidy and in working condition- BP monitor, weighing scale
- Housekeeping
- Inventory Management Support
- Shelf Organisation / Neat Arrangements
- Expiry Date Checks
- Pharmacy Consumables
- Pharmacy Top Up.
- Stock Management
Requirements:
- Minimum Ordinary National Diploma- Pharmacy Technician Course; healthcare-related courses, Science degrees.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to take instructions and follow them through.
- Numerate and accurate
- Can tolerate repetitive work
- Honest
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Attention to details
- Punctual
- Can be trained on the job. However, 6months Industrial experience is useful but not essential.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Adequate levels of pharmacy consumables (e.g., labels, carrier bags, dispensing envelopes)
- Fridge temperature monitoring
- Up-to-date date-check Rota
