- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff.
- Ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Develop and manage staff schedules and duty rosters.
- Monitor nursing practices and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess staffing needs and participate in recruitment, orientation, and training of nurses.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and reports.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints and nursing-related issues.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Implement quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and infection control guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Additional qualifications in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field are an advantage.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and current professional registration.
- Certification in nursing leadership or management is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in a hospital
