Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's brand and growth goals.
• Repurpose long-form podcast content into high-performing short-form social media content.
• Lead content ideation, including campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches tailored to the target audience.
• Create content designs, graphics, and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including responding to comments and messages and building community engagement.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
• Track performance metrics and produce weekly and monthly reports on content growth and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and proactively suggest content improvements and new ideas.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups where needed.
• Communicate proactively, providing updates, insights, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy, social media marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and audience growth.
• Proven experience repurposing long-form content into short-form, high-performing content.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social platforms analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• High ownership mindset with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
