Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new strategies to expand market presence.
- Provide product education and basic technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life science discipline.
- Valid professional license or registration where applicable.
- Previous experience in IVD sales is mandatory.
- Previous experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and clinical applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build lasting professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
