Responsibilities:
- Client Needs Assessment: Engaging clients to understand their specific circumstances, financial goals, and risk profiles to determine their insurance requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of various products and their features to effectively advise clients.
- Policy Recommendation: Recommending appropriate insurance policies that align with the client's needs and budget.
- Sales: Generating leads, presenting insurance products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Policy Servicing: Assisting clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processes.
- Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Communication
- Sales and Negotiation
- Organisational skill
- Basic Microsoft Office Skill
- Presentation and Time Management Skill
