Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support to the company by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors & clients, and arranging conference calls
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders when necessary
  • Professionally communicate with clients in a polite manner
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor degree in a Related Field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrator.
  • Experienced position of a supervisor or senior executive is an Added advantage
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
  • Ability to coordinate a team and act as a team lead
  • A self-starter who can work with little or no supervision, with a track record that demonstrates exceptional achievement
  • An empowered team member, and a process-oriented thinker.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 400,000
