Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme (for example, master's degree) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the past 12 months or a recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate programme (within six months before the application to the internship programme) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the last 12 months of enrolment in the university, in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Must be women , as this program aims to empower and support women in line with WFP's commitment to gender equality.
Working Language:
Working knowledge of English (proficiency/level C) is required

Damaturu Management service have a very dynamic team that provides first-hand support and guidance to staff (national and international) deployed to the Sub office to facilitate and enable all WFP operation toward achieving our mandate of Saving lives and Changing lives. These support services include travel, accommodation, assets, facility, and fleet management, providing services by adopting best practices and corporate systems for efficient and cost-effective utilization of available resources.
In this role, you will
Perform basic storekeeping duties including receiving, storage and release of general office supplies or equipment; compile the records of the .supplies, and update stock register Collate information for inclusion in reports, documents, and correspondence, to support the effective work of Admin unit and other staff in a timely manner Asset recording and management. Manage and keep track of administrative document trails (movement of Admin documents among different offices.), Receive in-coming administrative documents and do market survey when necessary. Support Guesthouse management and Hub accommodation booking, invoice management and reports. Manage RFQ process and Conference booking for staff upon request including Refreshment and monthly reports. Perform other duties as required by administrative unit.Important Safety Tips
