Job Summary

Ability to work unsupervised, work from home. Proficient in IT, Spreadsheet, word processor, etc.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description


Administrative:
  • Coordinating Bank Services such as the opening of Letters of credit, transfers etc
  • Interface with Clearing Agents, importation warehousing and audit checks of shipments in the warehouse.
  • Supervision of deliveries by road of consignments to clients in Warri, Port Harcourt, Eket.
  • Interface with clients: Payments, RFQ's, Account payable, collection of WHT & submission of VAT returns
  • Liaise with existing clients and promote new business.
  • Documentation: Supervision annual tax with auditors, Permit renewal - DPR, NAFDAC, LASG
  • Weekly Reports.
  • Probationary Period: 3-6 months
