Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Responsible for the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate inventory data, and regularly count inventory.
• Goods Inspection: Check whether the received goods meet the order specifications, record damage or shortages, and report to the relevant departments.
• Material Distribution: Prepare and distribute required materials according to orders or production requirements.
• Warehouse Records: Maintain warehouse logs to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are recorded in detail.
• Equipment Operation: Use forklifts or other equipment to move goods, ensure safe operation, and avoid damage to goods.
• Inventory Reports: Provide inventory reports to management on a regular basis and recommend items that need to be restocked.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure that the warehouse area is clean and tidy and follows safety and hygiene standards.
• Cooperation and Coordination: Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and production departments to ensure that materials are in place on time and maintain good inventory levels.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above, warehouse management experience is preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse management software (such as WMS system) and office software (such as Excel).
• Have basic math skills and inventory management knowledge.
• Able to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment, and must have relevant operation certificates.
• Have good physical strength and be able to stand for long periods of time and carry goods.
