We are urgently looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Realtor Agency Coordinator to support realtors, manage property listings, coordinate client activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a growing real estate firm.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities of realtors and ensure effective workflow.
- Manage and update property listings across platforms.
- Handle client inquiries and schedule property inspections and site visits.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Support realtors with documentation, contracts, and closing processes.
- Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction records.
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to promote properties.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 3years of experience in real estate coordination, sales support, or administration is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or property listing platforms is a plus.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
