Job Summary

Swift Consulting, an education, human resources, and management firm, is currently seeking qualified and experienced applicants to fill the role of Shortlets Operations Manager for one of our clients that specialises in Property Management.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector.
Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
