Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
