Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of the office and other staffs
- Proposal and securing a brief for the valuation job.
- Carrying out the valuation exercise
- Agency (Sales and letting, both direct and semi-direct instructions)
- Sourcing for a prospective client
- Follow up on Management properties with adequate and timely updates onthe tenancy/lease schedule
- Updating of advert, both on social media, website, and other avenues
- Any other assignment as directed by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Good Communication
- Computer Literate

- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to drive with current driver's license will be an added advantage
