Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.
- Identify market gaps and design technology-driven solutions for property transactions, management, or investment.
- Oversee product development, platform design, and service innovation.
- Support property acquisition, listing, and onboarding processes on the company’s digital platform.
- Conduct property research, market analysis, and site inspections where necessary.
- Maintain accurate property records and update the company’s database.
- Assist with compliance checks and due diligence processes.
- Oversee financial planning, revenue generation, and sustainability strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Estate Management, Law, Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Must be a recent graduate (0–2 years experience).
- Solid Public speaking and client relations skills
- Good Writing, Listening and Presentation Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage risk in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
