Job summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to grow revenue by converting leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate is target-focused, relationship-driven, and confident in guiding clients through the property purchase journey.

Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales within agreed timelines.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation.
- Build
and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing
clients.
- Understand
client needs and recommend suitable estate projects to drive higher
conversions.
- Conduct
effective property presentations, site inspections, and follow-ups to close
deals.
- Maintain
continuous engagement with clients from first inquiry through booking and
possession.
- Respond
promptly to client inquiries and ensure a positive, professional customer
experience.
- Address
client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure
satisfaction.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to support sales campaigns, promotions, and project
launches.
- Maintain
accurate sales records, client data, and performance reports.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
