Job summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to grow revenue by converting leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate is target-focused, relationship-driven, and confident in guiding clients through the property purchase journey.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales within agreed timelines.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable estate projects to drive higher conversions.
  • Conduct effective property presentations, site inspections, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with clients from first inquiry through booking and possession.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a positive, professional customer experience.
  • Address client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales campaigns, promotions, and project launches.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and performance reports.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Benefits:

  • Remuneration: NGN 200,000–250,000
  • HMO
  • Commission
