Apartment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Manage all guest communications from inquiry to post-stay follow-up, handle check-ins and check-outs, and professionally resolve any issues.
• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, including managing booking schedules and coordinating with online platforms to maintain occupancy rates.
• Property Maintenance: Ensure the apartment is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards by managing housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including housekeeping and maintenance personnel.
• Marketing: Promote the property through various digital and offline channels to attract guests and drive occupancy.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory for supplies.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com is often required.
• Ability to manage staff and vendor relationships. 
• Candidates resident in any of the following areas of Abuja would be preferred: Lokogoma, Galadimawa, Gaduwa, Apo-Dutse, Apo Resettlement, Wumba, Durumi, Kaura, Lugbe, Kabusa, Garki, etc

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
