Job Summary

We are in search of a reputable and result-driven Senior Real Estate Valuer. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead complex valuation assignments, play a key role in delivering precise property assessments, mentor junior valuers, elevate valuation methodologies, and implement practices that align with industry standards and business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conduct property/asset inspections and valuations on behalf of clients.
Prepare error-free valuation reports, feasibility studies, and research reports aligned with global standards.
Advise clients on investment opportunities, asset optimization, and market risks.
Pitch and generate new valuation briefs and mandates for the company.
1st degree in Estate Management (minimum 2nd class lower).

Requirements:

10–15 years property or asset valuation experience.
Mandatory membership with NIESV and registration with ESVARBON.
Chartered membership of RICS (added advantage).
Excellent knowledge of valuation laws, methodologies, and best practices.
