Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned residential or commercial properties.
- Supervise on-site staff such as caretakers, cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper facility management.
- Handle tenant relations, including complaints, requests, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor rent collection, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in property management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, property operations, and tenant relations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and supervise staff effectively.
