Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and provide general information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to clients as needed.
- Security and Check-in: Ensure that security procedures are followed (i.e., visitor log-in, checking ID badges, etc.).
- Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume environment with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
