Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and provide general information.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to clients as needed.
  • Security and Check-in: Ensure that security procedures are followed (i.e., visitor log-in, checking ID badges, etc.).
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and organized.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume environment with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
