Job Summary

We are in search of a reputable and result-driven Real Estate Valuer (Quality Control). In this critical oversight role, you’ll ensure valuation accuracy, play a key role in maintaining compliance and consistency, enhance appraisal quality, support valuation teams, and implement standards that align with regulatory and business requirements.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Provide quality assurance on valuation reports across the business.
Review valuation submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare and defend valuation reports as required.
Ensure adherence to relevant valuation methodologies and industry standards.

Requirements:

1st degree in Estate Management or related field.
6–8 years experience in property valuation.
Experience in valuation review and quality assurance.
Membership of NIESV, ESVARBON, or RICS.
