Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance on valuation reports across the business.
- Review valuation submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and defend valuation reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to relevant valuation methodologies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 1st degree in Estate Management or related field.
- 6–8 years experience in property valuation.
- Experience in valuation review and quality assurance.
- Membership of NIESV, ESVARBON, or RICS.
