Estate Surveyor and Valuer
Job summary
We are seeking experienced Male and Female Estate Surveyors with a strong background in property management and valuation. The ideal candidates should be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for various purposes, including sales, rentals, mortgages, and insurance. (A most)
- Manage residential, commercial, and industrial properties efficiently.
- Prepare professional reports and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and service providers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in real estate advisory and feasibility studies.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Estate Management.
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC working experience in estate surveying.
- Proven track record in property management and valuation.
- Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON are added advantages.
- Proficient in Valuation, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management software.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
