Field Data & Property Insights Associate

Responsibilities:

• Site Verification & Discovery: Verify properties assigned by our team AND actively identify new, high-potential development sites within your designated zone (Yaba/Surulere and surrounding Mainland areas).
• Data Logging: Use the Terraglance field form on-site to log precise GPS coordinates, construction stage and key asset details.
• Evidence Capture: Take high-quality, time-stamped photos and short video walkthroughs of the building, entrance and surrounding street context.
• Developer Access: Verify and obtain direct phone/WhatsApp contact details for project owners, developers or site engineers.
• Market Intelligence: Where direct contact isn’t possible, gather reliable rent/price data from local sources (tenants, caretakers, nearby agents, visible ads).
• Risk Assessment: Add brief notes on access roads, neighbourhood feel and visible risks (flooding, noise, congestion, security concerns).
• Reporting: Upload all media and complete reports on the same day as the visit, and send quick updates on WhatsApp.

Requirements:

• Local Expert: Based on the Lagos Mainland and comfortable navigating Yaba/Surulere and surrounding areas efficiently.
• Tech-Equipped: Owns a smartphone with a sharp camera, reliable data, and is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and online data entry forms.
• Reliable & Responsive: You reply to messages quickly and give updates without being chased.
  
• Confident Communicator: Comfortable initiating brief, professional conversations with developers, owners or site representatives.
• Detail-Oriented: You can follow a strict checklist without cutting corners and are careful with how you record information.

Bonus:

• Background in Estate Management, Surveying, Estate Agency, Geography, Urban Planning, Field Research or related areas is a plus.
• Motivated students, NYSC members and recent graduates on the Mainland are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• Contract Type: Contract (Task-Based / On-Demand).
• Performance-Based: Pay is tied directly to verified assignments, not hours. Higher rates for “Gold” assignments – full developer/owner contact + complete data + good media. Standard rates for “Silver” assignments – strong market comps (clear photos + reliable rent/price + context).
• Strict Verified-Output Policy: Only usable, verified output is paid for.
• Weekly Payments: All verified assignments are processed and paid weekly, so you see results from your work quickly.
• Earning Potential: Active associates can realistically earn NGN 100,000 – 250,000+ Monthly, depending on volume and quality of work.
