Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of client-focused professionals to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Design and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and expanding client base

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role within an Insurance or related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- BSc/HND in any related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in analyzing performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
