A Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the front office, greeting, answering phones, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include managing correspondence & schedules, maintaining the reception area, handling inquiries & performing clerical tasks like filing and data entry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest and Visitor management: Greet visitors professionally, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and book meeting rooms.
- Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, and ensure security procedures for visitors' access as follows.
- Supply management: Monitor and order office supplies.
- General support: Provide general administrative support to staff and assist with special events as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- The candidate must reside at the Ajah/Sangotedo axis for easy commute.
