Our client in the travel industry is looking for a dedicated and energetic travel consultant who will handle revenue-critical role; converts trips, manages bookings, visas, hotel reservations, VIP experiences. Own the end-to-end design, sale, and delivery of travel solutions, ensuring exceptional client experience while driving consistent revenue.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Travel Design & Sales Execution:

  • Design tailored travel solutions aligned with client needs and budgets
  • Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling
  • Manage client communication from inquiry through post-trip follow-up


Bookings & Travel Operations:

  • Handle flight and hotel bookings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide visa advisory and assistance, including documentation guidance
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all travel touchpoints


External Stakeholder Interface:

  • Interface directly with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and ground operators
  • Maintain strong working relationships to ensure service quality and preferential terms


Corporate Client Management:

  • Onboard corporate travel clients and manage ongoing relationships
  • Lead sales conversations, close travel deals, and manage repeat business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate travel engagements


Issue Resolution & Service Recovery:

  • Handle travel-related conflict resolution, disruptions, and client complaints
  • Ensure timely, professional resolution with a strong service-recovery mindset


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the company's Growth & Execution Lead on planning and execution
  • Work closely with the Financial Solutions Architect to ensure cashflow discipline, pricing accuracy, and compliance


Requirements: 

  • Strong client-facing and sales communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work 
  • Comfortable working in sprints and cross-functional teams 
  • Prior experience in travel operations and sales is essential 
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working is an advantage; training will be provided where required 
  • Ability to commute within Lekki/Ikota
