Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and mockups.
- Design intuitive user interfaces with attention to usability, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web/mobile design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of digital marketing and graphics design
