Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and related farm equipment such as ploughs, harrows, trailers, planters, and harvesters
- Perform land clearing, tilling, planting, and hauling of produce or equipment
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of tractors (e.g. oil levels, tires, filters)
- Report mechanical issues promptly for repairs
