Job summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve technical problems, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for end users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees or clients via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, printers, mobile devices)
- Troubleshoot software, network, and system issues
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
- Support cybersecurity practices (antivirus, updates, data protection)
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
