Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly servicing, oiling, and routine inspection of packing machines.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain compressors, gears, bearings, and related mechanical components.
• Support PLC settings and adjustments under the guidance of the supplier’s programmer.
• Ensure minimal production downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of all repair and servicing activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a packaging or manufacturing factory.
• Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
• Minimum age of 30 years preferred.
