Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical, hands-on training across various technology courses.
- Teach areas such as software development, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, data analysis, cybersecurity, and general ICT.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, projects and training materials.
- Guide students through practical projects and real-world technology applications.
- Assess student's performance and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up to date with current technologies, tools, and industry trends
- Create an interactive, supportive, engaging learning environment
- Support students in developing practical skills for career and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of one or more technology-related fields.
- Demonstrable practical experience in technology.
- Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
