Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sales Agents within Lagos.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders, resolve issues, and manage customer complaints effectively.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
- Enforce company policies and operational standards.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure active participation.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
