Job summary
Our hotel is hiring a Media & Brand Manager to run our social media, shoot and edit photo/video content, cover events, and support marketing across our group of businesses. We want someone creative, organised, and comfortable on camera who can bring our brand to life online.

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a full-time Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of our content and online presence. You will be based at the hotel and work closely with management.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create fun, engaging content featuring our staff, facilities, food, pool, and events.
- Be present to cover guest events, parties, and hotel activities as they happen.
- Manage our social media pages, schedule posts, and respond to comments and direct messages.
- Design simple flyers and promotional materials.
- Support marketing and brand strategy discussions with the management team.
- Occasionally, support media work for our affiliated businesses in retail, fashion, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in photography and videography, including shooting on a phone or camera.
- Confident video editing for social media. A good eye for content that stands out, not just standard hotel photos.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current content trends.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage several tasks at once.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends when events run.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with guests and partners.
- Experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Website management skills are also an advantage.
