Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate the surfer boat during offshore operations.
- Ensure the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies to and from offshore locations.
- Maintain overall command of the vessel and oversee onboard operations.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure the vessel is seaworthy before departure.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Valid OOW (Officer of the Watch) certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in command of a surfer boat
- Not above 58 years old
- Strong knowledge of marine safety and vessel operation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good record of professionalism and compliance.
