Supervisor (Short Lease)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections for properties in the company’s portfolio.
• Supervise and liaise directly with all staff members (permanent and contractors).
  
• Attending to clients/customers, in-person and virtual.
  
• Taking complaints, requests, and suggestions from clients and attending to them appropriately.
  
• Handling check-in and check-out of guests, filing out the inventory forms, and ensuring the premises are in operative condition at all times.
  
• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and designs.
  
• Maintain and supply content for the digital marketing platforms and report on the same.
  
• Assist in filing of documents and all correspondence between staff members and the organization.
  
• Requisition and purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee the storage facilities.
  
• Liaise with staff and other workers in all matters pertaining to repairs and all other duties.
  
• Preparing daily/monthly/yearly reports.
  
• Provide administrative assistance and report to senior management.

Remuneration:  NGN 80,000 monthly
