Strategy Associate

This role sits within the Founder’s Office and serves as a central analytical and strategic support function across the Group. It focuses on financial analysis, strategy, feasibility analysis, market research, and opportunity evaluation, combined with strong cross-functional coordination and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, decision-ready outputs for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Tracking

• Support financial planning and analysis across key businesses and initiatives.
• Track business performance vs plan, identify variances, and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Work with business teams to refine financial assumptions and projections.

Strategy, Feasibility & Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across priority sectors.
• Evaluate new opportunities through feasibility assessments (market size, economics, risks).
• Translate insights into structured strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with business heads, finance, and other teams.
• Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow-ups.
• Drive alignment across teams.

Product Development Coordination

• Conduct market research, analyze trends/behaviors, and evaluate the competitive + internal/external landscape to inform product strategy.
• Drive product design, optimize existing products, develop/manage PRDs, and build product models while ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
• Present research, analysis, and insights to support asset creation and successful product delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment analysis, or Financial product development.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sectors and handle ambiguity.
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in PRD development, business case building, and stage-gate product development process experience.
