Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify prospective clients.
- Market and sell the company's landed properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site inspections.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
