Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Team & Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Quality & Risk Management: Monitor project quality, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of solar systems and installation processes.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to project sites.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
