Job summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven social media manager to manage and grow our eye clinic’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content that builds trust, increases visibility, and drives patient engagement across all social media platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar
  • Create engaging posts, reels, short videos, captions, and stories focused on eye health education, clinic services, eyewear, promotions, and patient awareness
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to generate accurate and compliant eye health content
  • Edit videos and images for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Social Media Strategy & Growth:

  • Manage daily posting and scheduling across all social media platforms
  • Monitor trends and recommend content ideas aligned with clinic goals
  • Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically
  • Plan and execute campaigns for health awareness days, promotions, and special events


Community & Brand Management:

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain the clinic’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Monitor online reputation and flag patient feedback or concerns to management

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
  • Provide monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use analytics to refine content and improve results


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
  • Ability to simplify medical or technical information for public understanding
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing a healthcare or wellness brand
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
  • Photography or videography skills using a smartphone or camera
  • Familiarity with patient-centered marketing and ethical healthcare communication
