Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create 2D/3D animations for videos, campaigns, and presentations
- Animate characters, objects, and scenes based on storyboards or scripts
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop animated content.
- Integrate motion, timing, and sound effects to produce polished animation
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual style
- Deliver high-quality animations within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motion Animator or similar role
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other animation software
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash & stretch, storytelling)
- Ability to bring static illustrations and concepts to life through motion
- Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing animation projects
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or collaboratively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with explainer videos, educational animations, or promotional content
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience working in NGOs, media, or communication campaigns
