Graphic Designer
Job summary
We’re hiring a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team to produce visuals that strengthen our brand, improve parent communication, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Design:
- Design graphics for social media, paid ads, landing pages, brochures, flyers, posters, and email campaigns.
- Support major company initiatives (Back to School, ESA campaigns, grants, partnerships) with compelling visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure all materials reflect our voice and visual identity.
Parent & Student Communication:
- Create visuals for newsletters, announcements, onboarding materials, and operational communications.
- Develop infographics and illustrations that simplify complex information for parents.
- Produce center-level materials such as signage, learning templates, and student-facing graphics.
Digital & Web Assets:
- Deliver graphics for websites, landing pages, and HubSpot content.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer and Developer to ensure assets are optimized and visually consistent.
- Create templates that help the team move faster and stay on-brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Head, Ads Specialist, and Operations team to understand needs and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Manage multiple design requests and balance deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring new creative ideas that enhance engagement, brand visibility, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
