Social Media Manager
Job summary
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X. You'll handle content strategy, creation, and community engagement, planning what goes out, producing it, and growing an active audience. Must be creative, independent, and results-driven.

- You'll develop and execute a content strategy that grows our audience and drives real engagement.
- This means planning content calendars, creating high-quality photos and short-form video, writing sharp copy tailored to each platform, and staying on top of trends.
- You'll also be the brand's voice online, engaging with followers, and building community.
- You'll track what's working, cut what isn't, and adapt accordingly.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media for a brand.
- You must be able to plan and manage a content calendar, shoot and edit photos and short-form video, and publish content independently across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
- Comfortable using platform analytics to track growth, engagement, and content performance, and able to adjust strategy based on what the data shows.
- Experience managing an online community, including responding to comments and DMs and actively building audience relationships.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your workload without supervision. Based in Lagos with availability for hybrid work.
- Candidates with previous experience working with a fashion brand will have a stronger advantage.
