Successful candidate will oversee the company's interactions with the public through implementation of content strategies on social media platforms, including analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Job Description/Requirements

Job's focus is on increasing brand awareness and promotion through the effective and expertise use of social media outlet platforms and tools. He will use posts, fliers. comments and replies to engage with our audience and develop a relatable company voice. The duties includes the following;

 

1.     Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.

2.     Regularly post texts, fliers, images, videos and more daily – not less than 3 times a day.

3.     Update the company’s website with latest information, news and images.

4.     Design fliers, logos, company portfolio, letter headed papers, business cards, ID cards and more for the company.

5.     Develop social media marketing plans and campaigns.

6.     Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.

7.     Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.

8.     Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.

9.     Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

10.  Work closely with the Administrator on the creation of events, social media calendars, scheduled posts and more for the company’s growth and awareness.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

1.     A portfolio containing his works must be provided.

2.     A degree or certifications in advertising, sales, customer service, journalism, or public relations.

3.     Experienced graphics designer.

4.     2 to 3 years’ experience as a social media manager.

5.     Additional experience in content marketing, blogging and website basic profile coding.

6.     A medical background is an added advantage.
