  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, products, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience to amplify our message and reach new followers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to inform strategy and content creation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in line of a degree
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or delivery industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for crafting compelling copy.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools for tracking performance and deriving insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
