As a Social Media/Content Manager at Mimmi Kasu, you're responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy. This role includes creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Mimmi Kasu’s marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage these demographics effectively.


Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for Mimmi Kasu’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging written, graphic, and video content that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce visually appealing posts.


Community Management:

  • Engage with Mimmi Kasu’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere and encourage user-generated content.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.


Performance Analysis:

  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.


Influencer and Partnership Management:

  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand Mimmi Kasu’s reach.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with other brands and organisations for collaborative content and promotions.


SEO and Content Optimisation:

  • Ensure all social media content is optimised for SEO to increase organic reach.
  • Use relevant keywords and hashtags to enhance discoverability.


Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Mimmi Kasu’s brand values and image.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Degree in a related field
  • Good communication skills


Location: Lekki Phase 1

Remuneration: NGN  200,000 - 250,000 Net

Work Mode: 100% on site
