Job summary
The Social Media Handler is responsible for the day-to-day management of all company’s social media platforms. This includes posting content, monitoring engagement, responding to interactions, and ensuring all platforms remain active, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Content Posting & Management
- Post content on all company social media platforms
- Ensure posts are timely, relevant, and aligned with planned content.
- Upload and manage different content formats (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.
Platform Oversight:
- Actively monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure pages are active, up-to-date, and well-maintained at all times.
- Identify and correct any gaps in posting or engagement.
Engagement Monitoring:
- Track how posts are performing in terms of: (Likes, Comments, Shares, Reach, and impressions)
- Identify which content is performing well and which is not
- Make recommendations on what type of content should be improved or repeated
Audience Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to increase interaction and build relationships.
- Escalate customer complaints, negative feedback, and sensitive issues identified on social media platforms to the appropriate department for prompt action and improvement.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor whether posts are: (Generating engagement, attracting the right audience, and driving traffic to the business).
- Provide weekly updates and reports on social media performance.
Content Awareness & Improvement:
- Stay updated on trends and social media best practices.
- Suggest ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and brand presence.
- Ensure content posted aligns with what the target audience expects and responds to.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media handling and content posting.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to use simple design or posting tools.
- Must be creative, consistent, responsive, and detail-oriented.
