Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and monitor daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and respond promptly to any site incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress logs, and safety documentation.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure productivity and teamwork.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
• Ensure that all site workers adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 4-5 years Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, and equipment and ability to interpret blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
