Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
- Develop and evaluate tender documents and contractor quotations
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and valuations
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and manage cost control processes
- Assess and certify contractors' payment claims and variations
- Prepare financial progress reports and advise on cost implications
- Support procurement and negotiation activities
- Provide cost advice throughout the construction lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in construction or cost management
- Professional certification or membership is an added advantage.
