Responsibilities:
- Pure supervision of all the artisans on site
- Manage storage of materials and sometimes interface with subcontractors
- Always be up to date with material prices and market value
- Be punctual for work daily
Requirements:
- Must have eyes for details, management of materials, and material requisition.
- Have good interpersonal relationships.
