Job summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget and in line with quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Review tender documents and manage contracts.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Produce financial reports and cost forecasts (CVRs).
- Support procurement and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide cost advice.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is an advantage.
