Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget and in line with quality standards.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Review tender documents and manage contracts.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
  • Prepare interim and final payment certificates.
  • Produce financial reports and cost forecasts (CVRs).
  • Support procurement and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide cost advice.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams and clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is an advantage.
